| 摘 要： | 目的观察动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法对使用DHS内固定治疗的26例股骨粗隆间骨折的分类、手术方法、术后结果进行分析。结果所有病例经术后随访骨折均愈合,髋关节功能优良率为92.31%。结论DHS是内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折比较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical results of dynamic hip screw(DHS) in treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur.Methods The classification,operative ways and postoperative outcomes were analyzed for 26 patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur treated with DHS fixation.Results The postoperative follow-up of all patients showed good healing of all the fractures.The excellent rate of hip joint function recovery was 92.31%.Conclusion DHS fixation is a satisfactory way in treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur. |
