电针对AD大鼠学习记忆及c-los、Caspase-3表达的影响

目的探讨电针对链脲霉素（STZ）所致AD大鼠海马神经元损伤的影响。方法60只健康Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、模型对照组、西药组和电针组。电针组施以电针百会、大椎、足三里、太溪、肾俞等穴。用免疫组化法检测c—fos、caspase-3蛋白的表达，采用统计学和Image-Prop—lus5．0软件进行图像分析。结果电针组c—fos、caspase--3蛋白含量低于模型组，相比差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论大鼠学习记忆能力显著改善，电针可降低大鼠脑内c—fos、caspase--3蛋白的表达。

Effect of electropuncture on expressions of c-fos,Caspase- 3 and AD rats' learning and memory ability

Objective To research the Effect of the damage on Hippocampus neurons in rats of STZ to result Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）. Methods 60 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,model control group,western medicine group and electric acupuncture treatment group. Electric acupuncture treatment group subjected to electric acupuncture of Baihui, Dazhui, Zusanli,Taixi,Shenshu points. To detect the expressions of c-los and caspase-3 proteins by immunohistochemical methods and analyze the image by using statistical analysis and the Image-ProplusS. 0 analysis software. Results The expression levels of c-los and caspase-3 proteins in the electroacupuncture group were significantly lower than those in the Model group. There was a significant compared difference （P （0.01）. Conclusions Learning and memory ability in rats significantly are improved. Electroacupuncture therapy can reduce rat brain c-fos,caspase-3 protein expression.
