摘    要:目的 观察不同康复手段对脑瘫儿童康复的方法。方法 ①小脑电刺激组:20例,小脑电刺激治疗 神经生物学疗法组。②高压氧治疗组:20例,高压氧治疗 神经生物学疗法组。③神经生理学疗法组:20例,由治疗师上午执行30min神经生理学疗法(Bobath Vojta法),其余时间在康复中心训练。④家庭康复组:19例,每天在康复中心接受神经生理学疗法30min,其余时间指导家长在家中进行。疗程均为3个月。结果 小脑电刺激或高压氧组结合神经生理学疗法效果较理想。结论 小脑电刺激和高压氧可作为儿童脑瘫康复的辅助手段之一。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of several measures for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy(CP). Methods A total of 79 cases of CP children were divided into four groups: Group A, 20 cases treated with electrical cerebellar stimulation(CS) plus neurophysiological therapy, Group B, 20 cases treated with hyperbaric oxygenation(HO) plus neurophysiological therapy, Group C, 20 cases treated with Bobath and Vojta methods for 30 min every morning plus training at the rehabilitation center for the rest of the day and Group D, 19 cases treated with neurophysiological therapy at the rehabilitation for 30 min every day plus training under the guidance of parents instructed by doctors at home. Results Satisfactory therapeutic effects were found in groups A and B ( P <0.05; 0.01) after three months. Conclusion Electrical cerebral stimulation combined with hyperbaric oxygenation can be used as the auxiliary therapy for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.
