超声刀与传统方法在开放甲状腺手术的临床对比研究

目的：探讨和分析超声刀与传统方法在开放甲状腺手术中的应用效果。方法：将我院此次所收治的84例甲状腺疾病患者，按照随机、平行、多中心等方法进行分组，分成试验组和对照组，分别为42例；对照组：对患者采用传统甲状腺手术治疗。试验组：对患者采用超声刀进行甲状腺手术治疗。对两组患者的切口长度和总手术时间、术中出血量、切除甲状腺的时间、术后引流量、手术并发症等情况进行比较和分析。此外，还需要对试验组患者在学习曲线中和学习曲线后的并发症和切口长度进行比较和分析。结果：比较两组患者的切口长度和总手术时间、术中出血量、切除甲状腺的时间、术后引流量，试验组明显少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；但是两组患者术后并发症进行比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。在试验组中，学习曲线之后，患者的切口长度要明显短于学习曲线中，并且学习曲线后所发生的并发症几率要明显低于学习曲线中，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在临床上，对甲状腺疾病患者采用超声刀进行开放甲状腺手术治疗，其治疗效果要明显优于传统方法治疗。但是，在临床上不能盲目应用超声刀进行手术治疗，要根据患者的实际情况和传统的丝线结扎手术等进行结合治疗。这样能够提高治疗效果，保障患者的生命健康安全。

Ultrasound Scalpel in Open Thyroid Surgery with Traditional Method of Clinical Contrast Study

Objective： To investigate and analyze the ultrasound scalpel in open thyroid surgery with traditional method, the application of results. Methods：Will be from the 84 patients with thyroid diseases were treated by according to the grouping method such as parallel, randomized, multicenter, divided into experimental group and the control group, 42 cases respectively; control group： the patients with traditional thyroid surgery. Experimental group： patients with ultrasonic knife for thyroid surgery. On two groups of patients and surgical incision length total operation time, intraoperative blood loss, flow of time, had the resection of thyroid, surgical complications, and so on and so forth are compared and analyzed. In addition, also need to test group patients in the learning curve and complications, and length of incision after learning curve comparison and analysis. Results： Compared two groups of patients and surgical incision length total operation time, intraoperative blood loss, the flow of time, had the resection of thyroid, experimental group obviously less than control group, the difference statistically significant （P〈0. 05） ;two groups of patients with postoperative complications, however, no statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05）. In the experimental group, after learning curve, incision length significantly in patients with short learning curve, and the learning curve of the shrinkage before and after the complications were significantly lower than the learning curve, the significant difference, statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：In the clinic, patients with thyroid diseases by ultrasound scalpel in open thyroid surgery, its treatment effect is significantly superior to the traditional method. However, in the clinical applica- tions cannot blindly ultrasonic knife surgery, according to the actual situation of patients and traditional silk ligation combined therapy, etc. It can improve the therapeutic effect, ensuring the patient＇s life and health security.
