医院战略管理与危机管理融合初探

大多数医院战略管理侧重于研究医院的竞争性战略,对某些可能给医院带来灾难性后果的危机问题重视不够。而战略管理与危机管理之间存在着固有的联系,忽略一方的管理在变幻莫测的竞争市场中难以持续有效。本文尝试在医院管理过程中,将危机意识融入战略管理,形成既具有危机管理防御能力,又有战略管理市场定位能力的医院管理策略。

Discussion on Combination Strategic Management with Crisis Management of Hospital

Study on competition strategy was laid stress in most hospital strategy managements,while some crisis problems leading to disaster results were partly ignored.As there is an inherent association between crisis management and competition management,management methodology neglected any sides of them can not have a sustaining effectiveness in the diverse market.This article tries to integrate the crisis awareness into competition management in hospital managing process,by the means of which both defense capability of crisis management and market location capability of competition management can be formed.
