| 摘 要： | 目的:研究中医康复方案治疗急性缺血性中风早期康复的时间窗。方法:采用前瞻性、多中心、实用性RCT。通过中央在线随机系统,将300例缺血性中风患者随机分为试验组200例,对照组100例。两组分别根据发病6h,发病6h～24h,发病24h～14天各分为3组。试验组采用中医康复方案,对照组采用西医康复方案,治疗14天。分别于治疗前后观察评价NIHSS,Fugl-Meyer量表,Ashworth痉挛评定量表。结果:(1)在发病24h～14天进行康复治疗,试验组改善NIHSS积分和Ashworth积分效果最好,改善NIHSS积分比对照组好1.314分,且有统计学差异(P0.05);改善Ashworth积分比试验组好0.112分,但无统计学差异(P0.05)。(2)在发病6h～24h进行康复治疗,试验组改善Fugl-Meyer积分效果最好,改善Fugl-Meyer积分比对照组好12.977分,但无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:中医综合康复方案改善NIHSS的有效时间窗是发病24h～14天,改善Fugl-Meyer可能是发病6h～24h,改善Ashworth可能是发病24h～14天。
