精神科分级护理评定方法的改进

目的探讨完善住院精神分裂症患者分级护理评定方法的量化指标。方法选择2011年6月～2012年6月入院，符合CCMD--llI诊断标准的精神分裂症患者200例。采用ADL量表、BPRS量表和NOSIE量表，对患者的日常生活活动能力，精神病性症状的严重程度和病情演变及治疗效果进行客观评定，分析评分结果与患者所需要的护理级别之间的关系。结果护理级别与各量表之间的评分值存在一定关系。结论精神科分级护理的分级依据可以通过增加各量表的评分，结合临床的护理观察来判断。量表评估后得到的量化指标可为临床确定护理级别提供可靠、客观的依据。

Improvement of assessment methods for grading nursing in psychiatry

Objective To explore the quantitative indicators of grading nursing assessment meth- ods in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia. Methods Totals of 200 schizophrenia patients who were hospitalized according to CCMD--3 from June 2011 to June 2012 were included. The patient＇s activities of daily living, the severity of psychotic symptoms and the evolution of the disease and treatment effects were ob- jectively assessed by ADL, BPRS and NOSIE respectively. From the obtained quantitative indicators, the relationship between the indicators and the level of nursing needed by the patients was analyzed. Re- sults There was a relationship between the level of nursing and scores of each scale. Conclusions Hier- archical classification of psychiatric grading nursing standards can be based on increasing scores of each scale, combined with clinical observation of nursing. Quantitative indicators from the scale assessment provide a reliable and objective basis for determining the level of clinical care.
