p57^kip2和ki67在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨p57kip2和ki67在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测40例胃癌组织的p57kip2和ki67表达水平。结果：p57kip2和ki67在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为35（14/40）和87.5%（35/40）,两者的表达与胃癌组织的病理组织学分级及临床分期有关（P〈0.05）,而与组织学类型无关（P〉0.05）;p57kip2与ki67表达强度呈负相关,相关系数r=-0.093（P〈0.01）。结论：p57kip2表达下调及ki67表达上调在胃癌的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。

Expression of p57kip2 and ki67 in Gastric Carcinoma Tissue and Its Clinical Significance

Objective： To investigate the expression and clinical significance of p57kip2 and ki67 in gastric carcinoma.Methods： Immunohistochemical staining（Envision） was used to examine the expression of p57kip2 and ki67 in 40 case of gastric carcinoma.Results： The positive rates of p57kip2 and ki67 were 35%（14/40）and 87.5%（35/40）in gastric carcinoma respectively.The expression of them related to histopathological grades,clinical stages（P〈0.05）but not to histological types of gastric carcinoma（P〉0.05）.The correlation analysis showed that the expression of p57kip2 was negatively correlated with the expression of ki67 in gastric carcinoma（r=-0.093,P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The down-regulation of p57kip2 and/or up-regulation of ki67 play an important role in the genesis and progress of gastric carcinoma.
