菜油烟亚急性吸入染毒对雄性大鼠性腺的毒作用

用亚急性吸入油烟大鼠中毒模型，观察了睾丸曲细精管各级生精细胞、附睾上皮超微结构改变。变化特点是，精原细胞核固缩、胞质髓鞘样结构；精母细胞、精子细胞、支持细胞核内染色质凝集成块，核膜间隙增宽、凹陷、缺损，线粒体嵴消失、肿胀，光滑内质网肿胀，溶酶体增加；精母细胞核内有包涵物，精子细胞有核溶解，光滑内质网极度肿胀呈空泡状、细胞坏死征象；曲细精管基底膜排列紊乱、扭曲；附睾上皮纤毛紊乱、变短；精子头部畸形。结果提示，油烟对雄性动物性腺具有毒性作用；各级生精细胞的细胞核、线粒体可能是其主要靶位。

Toxic Effect of Subacute Inhalation of Oil Smoke on Male Sex Gland of Rat

The subacute toxic rats by inhaling oil smoke were used to investigate ultrastruction changes of reproductive cell,epithetial cell of epididymides.The results showed the features of the changes on nuclear pyknosis,myeline figure in primary spermatocytes;coagulated of chromatolysm,missed,alterated,widened cleft of nuclear envelope,and swellen,missed cristae of mistrochondria,swellen of reticulum endoplasmic,increased of cytolysomes in spermatooyte,spermatid and trophocytes.Moreover,there wer significant changes on intranuclear inclusion in spermatocyte,karyolysis,swellen and vaduolar degeneration of reticulum endoplasmic,cell necrosis in spermatocyte,confution,short of cilium on epithetial cell,aberration of sperm head.The results suggested that there were the toxic effect on the male sex gland of the rats;the main target site of the oil smoke might be nuclear and mitrochondria of the reproductive cells.
