摘    要:对某磷肥厂作业工人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变进行了研究.该磷肥生产车间的空气污染物主要为氟化物(氟化氢和四氟化硅),其次还有少量的氨和二氧化硫。研究结果表明,磷肥厂工人染色体畸变率和细胞畸变率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。工人组和对照组严重的染色体畸变(染色体环、易位和双着丝粒体)的平均频率分别为0.91%和0.24%,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。这意味着,磷肥厂空气污染物含有人类细胞染色体断裂剂和基因毒性因子,可引起细胞遗传物质的损伤,应加强劳动卫生防护措施。

Abstract:Chromosomal aberrations (CA) in pheripheral blood lymphocytes from workers at a phosphate fertilizer factory were studied. Fluorides are main pollutants in this factory, there is also ammonia and sulfur dioxide in small amounts. It was shown that the frequency of chromosomal aberrations and frequency of aberrant cells per 100metaphase among worker group were significantly higher than that of control group. The mean per 1000 me taphase frequencies of severe chromosomal aberrations ( Chromosome rings, trans locations, and dicentrics) of the workers and contols were 0.91 and 0.24, respectively. The difference between them was statistically significant (P<0.01).The results show that the air pollutants in the phosphate fertilizer factory can cause cytogenetic damage to cellular genetic material. There is therefore a need to improve safety and sanitary conditions.
