肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）定量检测诊断AMI的评价

目的评价肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）定性检测对诊断急性心肌梗死（AMI）的应用价值。方法对162例入院诊断急性心梗患者,分别作肌钙蛋白I定量检测以及冠状动脉造影,计算cTnI检测诊断心肌梗死的灵敏度和特异性,组间差异采用χ2检验。结果cTnI定量检测的灵敏度为91.3%,特异性为100%,诊断AMI2组有显著差异性。结论cTnI定量检测临床诊断AMI不能取代冠脉造影。cTnI诊断AMI具有高灵敏度,高特异性的特点,是临床诊断AMI有效指标。

Evaluation of the Qualitative Test of Cardiac Troponin I in the Diagnosis of AMI

Objective To evaluate the application value of the qualitative test of serum cardiac troponin I（cTnI） in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）.Methods The qualitative test of serum cardiac troponin I（cTnI） and Coronal Artery Angiography were both.proceeded at 162 patients with a possible diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）.Sensitivity and specificity of cTnI were calculated through the different effects of the two diagnostic methods by χ2 test.Results The sensitivity and specificity of cTnI were 91.3% and 100%,which were apparently different from the effect of CAA in the diagnosis of AMI.Conclusion The qualitative test of serum cardiac troponin I（cTnI） can＇t substitute for CAA to make a diagnosis of AMI.However,the qualitative test of serum cardiac troponin I（cTnI） gives positive information diagnostically due to its high sensitivity and specificity.
