| 摘 要： | 目的探讨第四脑室肿瘤的MRI表现及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析20例经手术及病理证实的第四脑室肿瘤的MRI表现。结果20例肿瘤中,检出星形细胞瘤5例,髓母细胞瘤3例,室管膜瘤2例,脑膜瘤2例,脉络丛乳头状瘤2例,胆脂瘤3例,转移瘤3例。结论MRI对第四脑室肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the MRI features and differential diagnosis of the fourth ventricle tumor. Methods The date of twenty cases of the fourth ventricle tumor which were proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among all of the cases,there were five astrocytoma,three medulloblastoma,two ependymoma,two meningoma,two choroids plexus papilloma,three epidermoid cyst and three metastatic tumor. Conclusion MRI is value to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the fourth ventricular tumor. |
