| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定感特灵片中对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法。方法色谱柱为C18柱，流动相为甲醇-水（20：80），流速0．8mL／min，检测波长249nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚质量浓度在8．128～97．54μg／mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997），平均回收率为97．83％，RSD为1．04％（n=6）。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、专属性好，可用于控制感特灵片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of paracetamol in Ganteling Tablet by HPLC. Methods A C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol- water （20 ： 80） at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 249 nm. Results The linearity was good for Paracetamol within the range of 8. 128 - 97.54 μg/mL, r =0. 999 7, the average recovery rate was 97.83% , RSD = 1.04%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and specific. It can be used to control the determination of paracetamol in Ganteling Tablet. |
