| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿髋脱位髋臼内组织ＭＲＩ影像的特点及对预后判断的意义。方法：随访分析术前行ＭＲＩ检查的髋脱位患儿３１例（４１髋）。结果：髋臼内有Ｔ１高信号影像的１０髋出现复位不稳定及复位失败。结论：髋臼内组织的存在在影响髋脱位复位的成功率。其总量及其性质可以在术前通过ＭＲＩ予以检测。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate thecharacteristics of MRI image of acetabulum in dislocated hips in children and its clinicalsignificance.Methods31 cases(41 hips) with hip dislocation performed MRI before clinicaltreatment were followed up.Results10 hips with T1 weighted short imaging in acetabulum inMRI showed unstable after manual reduction or failed to be reducted.ConclusionsThe softtissue in the acetabulum is one of the factors to hinder hip reduction.MRI imaging couldtruly reflect the total amount of the soft tissue in the acetabulum. |
