气囊助产的效果观察

目的 探索气囊助产缩短产程的应用效果。方法 随机将200例足月产妇分为两组，每组100例，应用气囊助产为观察组，自然分娩为对照组。观察两组产妇的产程、新生儿出生Apgar评分、会阴裂伤率、侧切率、产钳率及产后2h出血量。结果 两组产妇的产程、新生儿出生Apgar评分、会阴裂伤率、侧切率、产绀率及产后2h出血量相比较，有显性差异，均P＜0．01。结论 气囊助产明显缩短产程，减少会阴裂伤及阴道手术助产，效果满意，值得临床推广应用。

Observation of the effect of air-pocket in obstetrical practice

ObjectiveTo observe the effect ofair pocket in shortening the birth process.Methods200 cases of term parturients were divided into 2 groups randomly and evenly: in the experimental group air pocket was used, while in the control the spontaneous delivery to observe the birth process, Apgar score of neonatal, the rate of perinium laceration, epsiotomy, forceps delivery and the bleeding volume in 2 h after delivery.ResultsThere were significant differences between the groups as regards the birth process, Apgar score of neonatal, the rate of perinium laceration, epsiotomy, forceps delivery and the bleeding volume ( P <0.01).Conclusionair pocket may shorten the labor, reduce the perinium laceration and vaginal surgical intervension. It is a novel method worthy of further popularization and clinical application.
