微泵静脉注射麻黄素预防剖宫产术硬膜外麻醉的循环抑制

目的:评价微泵静脉注射麻黄素预防剖宫产术硬膜外麻醉循环抑制的效果。方法:78例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级足月产妇在硬膜外麻醉下行剖宫产术,随机分A、B两组(n=39),两组产妇麻醉前均预先静脉输入平衡液500 m l,麻醉后实验组(A组)以1 mg m in-1速度微泵静脉注射麻黄素,然后根据血压变化调整麻黄素注射速度;对照组(B组)继续输入平衡液。结果:A、B两组产妇的一般情况无显著性差异,术中的麻醉效果满意(P>0.05)。B组麻醉后循环抑制较明显,主要表现为血压下降,心率减慢;A组则循环稳定。结论:微泵静脉注射麻黄素预防剖宫产术硬膜外麻醉的循环抑制安全有效。

Ephedrine infusion intravenously used in prevention of blood cycle inhibition in duced by epidural-anesthesia in women underwent cesarean section

Objective:To evaluate the preventive effects of ephedrine infusion intravenously on the low blood pressure after induction of epidural anesthesia in women underwent cesarean section.Methods:78 ASA I-II cesarean section women were divided randomly into A and B two groups(n=28).All women received Ringer's solution 500 ml before induction of anesthesia.Women in group A received ephedrine infusion intravenously at a rate of l mg/min,thereafter the infusing rate of ephedrine was regulated according to the changes of blood pressure.Women in group B had Ringer's solution continually.Results:There were no significant differences in the general characters between the two groups(P>0.05).All have satisfactory anesthesia.After induction of anesthesia,women in group B had a significant reduction in BP(P<0.05),whereas group A had a stable BP.Conclusion:Ephedrine infusion intravenously can prevent the low blood pressure effectively and safely after induction of epidural anesthesia in women with cesarean section.
