| 摘 要： | 为探讨国产计算机扫描ＣＯ２激光美容手术的方法与机理，自１９９６年１１月我们在广泛临床实践与研究基础上，对２２例面部皱纹、痤疮性瘢痕等患者进行了除皱、皮肤再生治疗，积累了一定经验。本文针对扫描ＣＯ２激光美容手术的方法、原理及术中操作问题进行了初步研讨，认为该治疗系统不失为皮科、美容外科的一项重要治疗手段，国产设备能适应临床治疗需要。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this article is to study the cosmetic surgical technique and mechanism in using a donestic computer scanned carbon dioxide laser. Since Nov. 1996, based on broad clinical practice and basic study, 22 cases of facial wrinkle and acne scarring were treated, good results were obtained. In this paper, the approach, principle and skill in these operations with scanned CO 2 laser were preliminarily discussed. The authors thought that laser can become an important method in dermatology and for cosmetic surgery, the apparatus made in China can be suitable for clinical requirement. |
