| Abstract: | Post-myocardial infarction pericarditis can be confused with other conditions, including recurrent myocardial ischemia. The decline in the incidence of this type of pericarditis is thought by some to be linked to the decreasing use of anticoagulants in the treatment of myocardial infarction. |
