| 摘 要： | 近年来的研究表明,宫颈癌的新辅助治疗具有潜在的优势,目前虽已取得一定经验,但做为一项新的辅助治疗,其化疗方案、近期远期疗效及化疗敏感性的预测仍需进一步研究。本文综述了新辅助化疗对局部晚期宫颈癌治疗的最新研究进展及多种化疗方案的疗效及其发展趋势,以期为患者制定个体化治疗方案,提高5年生存率,延长患者的生存时间及提高生存质量。

| Abstract: | In recent years, cervical cancer neoadjuvant therapy has showed potential advantages. Although certain experience has been obtained, as a new auxiliary method, the short-term and long-term efficacy and chemosensitivity prediction still need further study. This paper reviews the latest research progress in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of locally advanced cervical cancer and a variety of chemotherapy regimens and their development trends, in order to develop individualized treatment programs for patients, improve the 5-year survival rate, prolong survival time and improve survival quality. |
