山莨菪碱软膏局部治疗糖尿病足疗效研究

目的:探讨山莨菪碱软膏局部治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:60例糖尿病足患者,在控制血糖及抗感染的基础上,患者随机分为局部外涂山莨菪碱软膏治疗为A组;常规治疗为B组。并对患肢足背动脉血流动力学变化、创口愈合情况进行观察。结果:A组局部外涂山莨菪碱软膏后,患足血循环改善,1年内96．8％病例创口愈合;B组病例足背动脉血流动力学变化不明显,1年内只有69．0％病例创口愈合。结论:局部外用山莨菪碱软膏可改善循环,促进创口愈合,提高糖尿病足的治愈率。

Clinical Study of Therapeutic Effect of Anisodamine Ointment in Local Treatment on Diabetic Foot

Objective: To study the rapeutic effect of anisodamine ointment in local treatment on diabetic foot. Method; Sixty cases with diabetic foot were divided into A and B group randomly. On the basis of controlled blood glucose and infection, Thirty-one cases in group A were treated with 0.2% anisodamine ointment locally and 29 cases in group B were used routine treatment. Hemody-namics of dorsal pedes artery and the cure of lesions were observed. Result: In group A hemodynamics of dorsal pedes arteries improved and 96.8% lesions were cured in one year. In group B the improvement of hemodynamics of dorsal pedes arteries were not apparent and only 69.0% lesions were cured within one year. Conclusion: Local use of anisodamine ointment on diabetic foot can improve circulation and help to cure the lesions.
