摘    要:目的 通过对离体猪结肠标本的MRI影像表现研究 ,探讨结肠扫描的最适方法和序列。方法 取新鲜离体猪结肠 ,分别注入水、造影剂 (GD -DTPA)溶液、空气 ,进行多方位、多序列MRI扫描。结果 MRI可清晰显示猪结肠的解剖结构、邻近器官的毗邻关系。经统计学分析 ,其中以水为最佳扫描对比剂 ,FFE/T1WI、TSE/T2 WI为最佳扫描序列 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 MRI可清晰显示猪大肠的肠壁厚度、解剖结构和毗邻关系。对于人结肠的MRI扫描及应用有很好的评判价值

Abstract:Objective To investigate the planar and sequence of the colonic scanning and MRI imaging of the exsomatize pig-colon sample.Methods The fresh pig-colon was taken,water,Gd-DTPA liquid and air were infused,then multi-planar and multi-sequence MRI scanning was conducted.Results Pig-colon antomic structure and surrounding organs were clearly demonstrated on MRI.From statistical analysis it was found water was the best contrast,FFE/T 1WI,TSE/T 2WI were the best scan sequence ( P <0.05).Conclusion MRI can clearly show the pig-colon wall thickness,anatomic structure and surrounding anatomy.
