| 摘 要： | 目的 了解重症监护病房(ICU)医院感染与器械相关感染情况，为医院感染管理提供科学依据。方法 收集2019年1月—2021年12月某三甲医院ICU住院患者医院感染监测数据并进行统计学分析。结果 共监测2 302例患者，发生医院感染120例(138例次),医院感染发病率为5.21%,发病例次率为5.99%。2019—2021年各年度医院感染发病率、发病例次率比较，差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。医院感染部位以下呼吸道(96例次，69.57%)为主，其次是泌尿道(28例次，20.29%)和血液(6例次，4.35%)。共分离病原菌125株，以革兰阴性菌为主，占比74.40%。中央导管相关血流感染(CRBSI)、导尿管相关尿路感染(CAUTI)、呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)日发病率依次为0.34‰、1.47‰、8.65‰,三年间器械相关感染发病率下降，VAP下降明显(均P<0.05)。非器械相关的医院获得性感染中肺部感染占比由23.53%上升至46.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 连续三年目标性监测显示，器械相关感染发病率下降，但非器械感染发病率升高。医院...
