米索前列醇防治35例产后出血的疗效观察

目的分析和研究米索前列醇在临床上对产后防治出血的效果。方法我们选取2009年12月至2011年12月住院产妇70例,将其按随机分为治疗组35例与对照组35例。治疗组的产妇在分娩后采用药物200ug米索前列醇舌下含服,对照组的产妇在分娩后采用药物10u缩宫素静脉滴注,将两组产妇的产后情况进行对比。结果治疗组与对照组两组的产妇胎儿分娩后的24h内出血量减少明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。第三产程的时间缩短明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。治疗组的疗效同对照组疗效相比更为显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论药物米索前列醇在临床上应用于产妇胎儿分娩后预防出血的效果比较显著,产妇用药期间不良反应较轻,安全性与可靠性较高,值得在临床推广与应用。

The Effect Observation of Misoprostol for Prevention and Teatment of 35 Cases of Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objeetive To analyze and study misoprostol postpartum hemorrhage control in clinical effect. Methods We selected 70 cases in our hospital maternal July 2009 -2011 in July, randomly divided into two groups： observation group （35 cases） and control group （35 cases）. Observation group of mothers in childbirth after drugs 200μg misoprostol sublingual sublingual drug 10u oxytocin infusion control group of mothers after childbirth, and will compare the two sets of maternal postpartum. Results 24 hours after delivery of the observation group and the control group, two groups of maternal fetal hemorrhage was significantly reduced （P 〈0.05）, with statistical significance. The third stage of labor time significantly （P 〈0.05）, with statistical significance, and the effect of the observation group were compared with the control group compared with patients more significantly （P 〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The drug misoprostol used in maternal fetal clinically more significant effect to prevent bleeding after childbirth, maternal drug use during the mild side, high security and reliability and worth of clinical and application.
