高频超声诊断浅表软组织肿块

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声诊断浅表软组织肿块的价值。方法分析78例86个浅表软组织肿块的声像图特征,包括部位、大小、形态、边界、内部及后方回声和血流分布等。结果术后病理证实良性病灶59个,恶性病灶27个,术前超声正确诊断良性病灶54个,恶性病灶18个,超声诊断浅表软组织肿块的准确性、敏感性和特异性分别为83.7%、66.7%和91.5%,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为78.3%和85.7%。结论高频超声诊断浅表软组织肿块有较高的准确性和特异性,在临床上有重要应用价值。

High Frequency Ultrasound Diagnosis of SuperficialSoft Tissue Mass

Objective To discuss high frequency color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of superficial soft tissue mass. Methods Analyzed the ultrasound features of 78patients with 86 superficial soft tissue mass, including the position, size, shape, boundary, internal and posterior echo, and blood flow distribution, etc. Results 59 Benign lesions and 27 malignant lesions confn＇med by postoperative pathology, 54 benign superficial soft tissue mass and 18 malignant superficial soft tissue mass were diagnosed exactly by sonography. Ultrasound diagnosis of superficial soft tissue mass, accuracy, sensitivity and specificity were83.7%, 66.7% and 91.5%, respectively. Positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 78.3% and 85.7% respectively. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound diagnosis in superficial soft tissue mass has higher accuracy and specificity, which has important clinical application value.
