国产罗哌卡因气管内喷雾预防气管插管反应的效果

摘    要:目的探讨罗哌卡因气管内表面喷雾以预防气管插管所致应激反应的临床疗效。方法随机将择期拟行气管插管全麻手术患者76例分为2组各38例,观察组气管插管前先用0.75%的罗哌卡因+1mL生理盐水行气管内喷雾麻醉后再行气管插管;对照组直接气管插管。结果观察组插管时、插管后3min、5min的心率、收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压水平均明显低于对照组相应时间点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因气管内喷雾预防气管插管反应疗效显著,值得应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endotracheal surface spray of domestic ropivacaine to prevent the stress response due to endotraeheal intubation. Methods 76 patients underwent elective surgery were selected endotracheal intubation for general anesthesia and randomly divided into 2 groups,38 cases respectively. Patients in the observation group were given endotracheal intubation after endotracheal surface spray(0.75% ropivacaine+lmL). Patients in the control group were given direct endotracheal intubation. Results Heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure levels at intubation,3min and 5rain after intubation in the observation group were lower significantly than those in the control group in the corresponding time points,there were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of endotracheal surface spray of domestic ropivacaine to prevent the stress response due to endotracheal intubation is significant, and is worthy of application.
