| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT泌尿系二维、三维成像的有关影像学表现和临床价值。方法选取54例不同病例的患者,经曲面重建法、多平面重建法等后处理技术对其进行成像,并对结果进行对比分析。结果静脉肾盂造影显影效果低于多层CT泌尿系成像,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT泌尿系成像操作简便,能够可靠的对泌尿系统结构进行显示,与静脉肾盂造影相比,显影率较高,多层螺旋CT重组图非常清晰,对结石、泌尿系肿瘤的表现尤为显著,具有较好的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value and performance of the image of multi-slice spiral CT 2D, 3D imaging of the urinary system. Methods Selected 54 patients with different cases, the surface reconstruction, multiplanar reconstruction method and other processing technique for imaging the, the results were compared and analysed. Results Intravenous pyelography developing effect under multi-slice CT urography, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT urography is simple, reliable for display of the urinary system structure, compared with intravenous pyelography, development rate is higher, multi-slice spiral CT photos are very clear, kidney stones, urinary tumor is particularly significant, has good clinical application value. |
