血清超敏C反应蛋白对冠心病患者诊断的临床意义

目的探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白与冠状动脉严重程度的相关性。方法将156例行冠脉造影的患者分为冠心病和对照组,根据冠脉损害严重程度用Leaman积分系统进行评分。采用多因素分析方法探讨冠心病及Leaman积分与血清超敏C反应蛋白等因素的相关性。结果冠心病的Logistic回归分析显示,吸烟、糖尿病、TG、LDL和hsCRP与冠心病独立相关,其中hs-CRP的OR值及95%CI为10.09(2.70～37.74);性别、年龄等其他指标与冠心病无显著相关。冠状动脉Leaman积分的多元逐步回归分析显示,年龄、吸烟、LP(a)、LDL和hs-CRP与冠脉积分独立相关,其中hs-CRP最为显著(t=2.22,P<0.05)。结论C反应蛋白为冠心病的独立危险因素之一,且与冠心病严重程度独立相关。

The relationship between serum hs-CRP and the severity of coronary artery stenosis

Objective To assess the corrlation between serum hs-CRP and the severity of coronary artery stenosis.Methods A study of 156 patients with or without coronary heart disease was performed.Coronary artery angiography was done for all the subjects.According to the severity of coronary artery stenosis,Leaman coronary scoring system was derived.The serum content of hs-CRP was measured.With the multiple analysis method to study the relationship between serum hs-CRP and the severity of coronary artery stenosis.Results With multiple logistic regression analysis,smoking,diabets,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein and hs-CRP were independently associated with the severity of coronary heart disease,OR 95%and CI of hs-CRP is 10.09(2.70-37.74).Gender,age did not have significant independently associated with the severity of coronary heart disease.With stepwise multiple regression analysis,age,smoking,lipoprotein(a),low density cholesterol and hs-CRP showed significant independent association with the severity of coronary heart diseaset.hs-CRP(t=2.22,P<0.05).Conclusion CRP is one of the independent factor of the coronary heart disease.There is a close relationship between the serum hs-CRP and the severity of coronary heart disease.
