| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(LDVT)的早期诊断及防治措施。方法对26例恶性肿瘤合并LD-VT患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果痊愈16例(61.54%),有效10例(38.46%),总有效率为100%,未发生肺栓塞(PTE),均痊愈出院。随访2～3个月,24例LDVT无复发,血栓形成后综合征2例(7.69%)。结论对于恶性肿瘤患者应高度重视LDVT,早期诊断、积极预防,低分子量肝素(LMWH)治疗肿瘤合并LDVT患者安全、有效、方便。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment, prevention and early diagnosis of limb deep vein thrombsis (LDVT) in malignant tumor patients . Methods The clinical data of 26 cases of malignant tumor patients with LDVT were analysed retrospectively. Results 16 cases were cured and 10 valid.The total validity is 100%.After all underwent patients were followed up for 2 to 3 months, 24 cases weren't recurrence and 2 cases were sequelae. Conclusion High attention should be paid to malignant tumor patient with LDTV,so early diagnosis, active prevention and low molecular-weight heparin treatment is not only safe but also valid. |
