碳酸锂——~(131)碘——碘番酸三联疗法治疗Graves病14例临床分析

摘    要:对14例 Graves 患者行碳酸锂~(131)碘—硫番酸三联疗法是放射性药物与非放射性药物联合应用的一种尝试,目的在不影响治愈率,又减少远期甲减发生率。本疗法是通过三个环节降低血 T_3、T_4水平控制甲状腺毒症。14例患者三联疗法一年结果治愈率为78.6%,有效率为100%。

Abstract:The triplet of lithium carbonate, small dose of Iodine-131 and cistobil (iopanoie acid)had been used for ther- apy in 14 patients with Graves' disease (exophthalmic goiter).The time of fo- llow-up survey lasted one year.Clinical examinations and laboratory findings showed that none of the 14 patients de- veloping hypothyroidism and 11 of them (78.6%)returned to euthyroidism. These results suggested that the triplet appears to be a more safety and effective therapy than single higher dose of Iodine- 131 in treatment of Graves' disease.The other3of the 14 cases showed bigger thyroid glands than normal and single triplet treatment was not enough to control the thyroid toxemia.Therefore, their symptoms were improved and T_3, T_4 levels were decreased only but had not been cured completely.The authors thought that,thereafter,the dose of Iodine-131 should be adjusted according to the size of thyroid gland.
