| 摘 要： | 造血干细胞移植结合体外扩增内皮前体细胞,增加局部缺血组织的新血管形成和内皮损伤后的再内皮化,是治疗缺血性疾病的新方法。已证实造血干细胞在体外可分化为内皮细胞,在体内可促进缺血肢体和心肌的再血管化。现就造血干细胞分化为内皮细胞的实验研究,调节机制及其在临床的应用简要综述。

| Abstract: | It is a new method to improve neovascularization in ischemic tissu e and re-endothelialization after endothelial injury in the treatment of isch emic diseases by transplanting haemopoietic stem cell binded with amplifying endothelial precursor cell.It is known that hematopoietic stem cells can dif ferentiated into endothelial cells in vitro and can promote revascularization o f ischemic limbs and myocardium in vivo This article reviews differentiatio n of hematopoietic stem cell to endothelial cell about its experimental resear ch,regulatory mechanism and clinical application. |
