| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以胸外伤为主的全身多发伤的临床特点及其诊治。方法对200例胸部创伤合并全身多发伤的诊断以及治疗措施进行回顾性分析。结果治愈190例;死亡10例。伤后24h内死于失血性、创伤性休克、多脏器功能衰竭8例;死于其他并发症2例。结论胸外伤合并全身多发伤的临床特点为死亡率高,休克发生率高,早期容易漏诊,早期胸部CT检查可明确诊断,尽早治疗胸部以外的损伤,合理使用呼吸机可明显降低ARDS死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and treatment of thoracic wounds with general multiple injuries.Methods A total of 200 patients with thoracic wounds and multiple injuries from the year of 2000 to 2007 in our hospital were reviewed retrospectively.Results Among the 200 patients,190 were cured and 10 died.Of those who died,8 died of hemorrhagic shock or traumatic shock and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) in 24 hours after trauma,and 2 died of other complications.Conclusion The deat... |
