| 摘 要： | 目的制定净鳞酊质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别大黄素、人参皂苷Rg1、芍药苷、阿魏酸、丁香酚;采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量。结果薄层斑点清晰,重现性好,含量测定平均回收率为100.7%,RSD=2.0%。结论方法简便、准确,可供本品质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality control method for Jinglin Tincture. Methods Emodin, ginsenoside Rg1, peaoniflorin, ferulic acide, eugenol were identified by TLC. The content of peaoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Result The TLC sports developed is fairly clear, the HPLC method shows good repeatability, the average recovery of quercitrin was 100.7% with RSD=2.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Jinglin Tincture. |
