| 摘 要： | 目的 观察艾迪注射液配合介入栓塞化疗（TACE）治疗原发性肝癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法 31例病人接受单纯常规TACE术，为对照组，31例病人接受常规TACE术加艾迪注射液治疗，为治疗组。结果 两组近期有效率无显著差异，治疗组临7床获益率高于对照组，生存质量改善率高于对照组，严重毒副反应发生率低于对照组。结论 艾迪注射液可改善肝癌患者生存质量，降低TACE毒副反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical results and side effects of transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE)and Aidi injection in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods 31 patients with advanced HCC were treated with TACE only(control group),31patients with TACE and Aidi injection(treatment group),clinical results and quality of life(Karnofsky) were compared.Results The CR PR rate are 51.61% in the treatment group and 45.16% in the control group(P>0.05);CR PR NC rate are 74.19% in the treatment group higher than 48.83% in the control group;the treatment group preserved better performance status and quality of life than control group;the side effects in treatment group is reduced.Conclusion Aidi pro injection with TACE can relieve the symptoms and promote the life quality. |
