妊娠相关蛋白A、高敏C反应蛋白在不稳定型心绞痛患者的表达及临床意义

目的 检测妊娠相关蛋白A（PAPP—A）和高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）在不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者的血清表达水平。方法 将患者分为三组，分别为UAP组（n=30例），稳定型心绞痛（SAP）组（n=28例），正常对照组（n=20例），全部患者均采用酶联免疫吸附法（Elisa）测定血清PAPP—A和超敏免疫透射比浊法测血浆hs—CRP的浓度。结果 UAP患者，血清PAPP—A和hs-CRP水平明显高于SAP及对照组水平（P〈0．01）。结论 PAPP—A及hs—CRP在血清中的水平与冠心病的严重程度有密切相关，提示两者均可作为预测UAP预后的新的敏感的标志物。

The Expression and Clinical Significance of Pregnancy-associated Plasma Protein-A, High-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein in the Sera of Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective to explore the expression of Pregnancy-associated Plasma Protein-A(PAPP-A) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in the sera of patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 78 patients with UAP were randomly divided into three groups,including unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group(n=30),stable angina pectoris(SAP) group(n=28)and normal control group(n=20).The serumal levels of PAPP-A and hs-CRP in 78 cases were detected respectively by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and supersensitivity immunity turbidimetry(SSIT).Results The serumal levels of PAPP-A and hs-CRP in the patients with UAP were significantly higher than those in SAP and Normal control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The serumal levels of PAPP-A and hs-CRP are positive correlation with degree of coronary heart disease.They are sensitive markers for predicting the prognostic of UAP.
