| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠高血压患者血小板参数的变化,了解其对妊高征的病情以及防治的意义。方法:用真空采血方式采集妊高征和正常孕妇妊娠晚期的静脉抗凝全血,用ABXPENTRA—60血液分析仪测定。结果:妊高征时,Plt、PCT比正常组明显降低(P<0.05),MPV、PDW明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:血小板参数的变化对了解妊高征病情、及时治疗、防止子痫的发生具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the change of platelet parameters, and find out the significance after understanding the condition and curing in the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods To collect the anti- coagulate blood of the vein in the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome and the normal pregnancy with vacuum ways and analyze with ABX PENTRA - 60. Results The PLT and PCT in the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were lower than the normal pregnancy (P<0.05), MPV and PDW increased sharply (P<0.05). Conclusions There significance in understanding the condition, curing on time and preventing the incidence of eclampsia through the changes of platelet parameter in the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. |
