| 摘 要： | 【目的】通过超声筛查胎儿头颈部异常以找出其与染色体病的相关性。【方法】对胎儿头颈部超声测量的数据进行分析，并与羊水染色体检查结果对照。【结果】明显畸形18例(81％)，3例超声仅显示结构异常、占17％。3例中发现了2例染色体异常。【结论】颈部淋巴囊肿、中枢神经管缺陷及仅表现为结构异常等都应考虑与染色体畸形有关。建议在超声筛选的同时进行羊水穿刺作染色体检查。

| Abstract: | To find out the correlation of fetal head and neck abnormality to chromosome disease through ultrasound screening survey.Data obtained from ultrasound measurement of fetal heads and necks were analyzed and refered to the results of chromosome examination in amniotic fluids.Evident abnormalities were found in 18 (81%) out of 21 fetus, only 3 cases showed structural abnormality (3/18;17%). Chromosomal aberration existed in two among these 3 cases.Conclusions]Neck lymph cyst, defects of central neural tube and manifestation only limited to structural abnormality should be considered relevant to chromosomal aberration. Amniotic fluid puncture for chromosome examination to accompany with ultrasound screening survey is recommended. |
