189例慢性上颌窦炎术式的选择

目的：189例慢性上颌窦炎手术体会,探讨治疗慢性上颌窦炎合理的手术方案。方法：189例242侧慢性上颌窦炎患者根据病因病情病变范围分为3类,选择相应的手术方式。结果：第1类53侧治愈48侧,好转5侧;第2类115侧,治愈98侧,好转13侧,无效4侧;第3类74侧,治愈61侧,好转9侧,无效4侧;总治愈率为85.5%,总有效率96.7%。结论：对慢性上颌窦炎的手术治疗应视患者病变范围病情不同选择不同的手术方式。

The choice of operation manner of 189 cases with chronic maxillary sinusitis

Objective To probe into treatment operation scheme of chronic maxillary sinusitis and summarize operation experiences of 189 cases with chronic maxillary sinusitis.Method Total 189 cases with chronic maxillary sinusitis was assorted three kinds and elected operation scheme.Results In the first of 53 sides,48 was healed and 5 was inproved;in the second of 115 sides,98 was healed,13 was improved,and 4 was inefficacy;in the third of 74 sides,61 was healed,9 was improved,and 4 was inefficacy.Over all heal rate was 85.5%,and over all efficiency was 96.7%.Conclusion Chronic maxillary sinusitis should electe diffferent operation manners according to patients' disease scope and disease degree.
