摘    要:目的 探讨基于网络在线的居家康复运动方案联合低频复健仪对脑卒中恢复期患者的治疗效果。方法 选取2022年5月至11月于绵阳市中心医院出院的77例恢复期脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用基于Brunnstrom分期与人类作业模型的居家康复运动方案联合低频复健仪治疗,并对患者进行为期6个月的网络在线康复指导;对照组采用传统的居家自我康复方法。两组患者分别于出院时、第1个月、第3个月、第6个月进行Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、改良巴氏指数(modified Barthel index,MBI)、工具性日常生活活动能力(instrumental activities of daily living,IADL)评分,并进行影响分析、疗效评估。结果 治疗前两组患者的FMA、SAS、SDS、MBI、IADL各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0....

Study on the effect of home-based rehabilitation exercise program combined with low-frequency rehabilitation equipment on the convalescent stroke patients based on online
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of online-based home rehabilitation exercise program combined with low-frequency rehabilitation equipment on patients with stroke recovery period. Methods A total of 77 convalescent stroke patients who were discharged from the hospital from May to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. Using the random number table method, they were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group was based on Brunnstrom staging and a human operation model. The home rehabilitation exercise program combined with the treatment of low-frequency rehabilitation equipment provided 6-month online online rehabilitation guidance to patients, and the control group chose the traditional home self-rehabilitation method. The two patients received Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), modified Barthel index (MBI), instrumental activity of daily living (IADL) scores at discharge, at the first month, at the third month, and at the sixth month, respectively, and performed impact analysis and efficacy evaluation. Results There was no statistically significant difference in FMA, SAS, SDS, MBI, IADL scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). With the extension of home rehabilitation treatment, the FMA, MBI, and IADL scores of the two groups increased, but the degree of improvement was different, and the scores of SAS and SDS decreased, but the degree of decline was different. After 1 month of treatment, the FMA, MBI, and IADL scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS between the two groups (P>0.05); After 3 months of treatment, the FMA, MBI, and IADL scores of the experimental group MBI, IADL, SAS, SDS scores were compared with those of the control group, and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The online home-based rehabilitation exercise program combined with low-frequency rehabilitation equipment has significant effect on the treatment of stroke patients during the recovery period, which significantly improves the patient''s motor function and ability to participate in activities of daily living, and also plays a role in improving the patient''s mood. After an emergency or the patient is discharged from the hospital, the program can be applied to patients in the recovery phase of stroke to promote efficient and continuous recovery of patients.
