不同鼻用敷料对内镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术疗效的影响

目的 探讨不同鼻用敷料对内镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术疗效的影响。方法 收集2018年1月至2021年12月绍兴文理学院附属医院眼科因慢性泪囊炎行内镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术患者（60眼）的临床资料，进行回顾性分析。根据术中选用不同的鼻用敷料分为透明质酸酯组（23眼）、明胶海绵组（18眼）、凝胶组（19眼），比较各组术后1年回访时的溢泪、泪道冲洗及鼻内镜检查情况。结果 透明质酸酯组有效率为95.7%，明胶海绵组有效率为77.8%，凝胶组有效率为84.2%，三组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；透明质酸酯组治愈率为78.3%，明胶海绵组治愈率为66.7%，凝胶组治愈率为63.2%，三组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 不同鼻用敷料对手术有效率及治愈率影响差异不大。

Effect of different nasal dressings on endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy

Objective To investigate the effect of different nasal dressings on endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods Clinical data of 60 eyes undergoing endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis in the ophthalmology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shaoxing University from January 2018 to December 2021 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. According to different nasal dressing, the patients were divided into hyaluronan group (23 eyes), gelatin sponge group (18 eyes) and hydrogel group (19 eyes). The results of return visit 1 year after surgery, lacrimal duct irrigation and nasal endoscopy were compared. Results The effective rate of the three groups were: Hyaluronan group was 95.7%, gelatin sponge group was 77.8% and hydrogel group was 84.2%, there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups (P>0.05). The cure rate of the three groups were 78.3% in hyaluronan group, 66.7% in gelatin sponge group, and 63.2% in hydrogel group, there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Different nasal dressings have little influence on the operative effect.
