食管拉网细胞端粒酶活性检测及临床应用研究

目的 :检测食管拉网细胞中端粒酶活性 ,探讨其在食管癌诊断及预测预后的临床应用价值。方法 :应用端粒重复序列扩增法 ,对 30例食管拉网细胞标本及相应的癌组织和癌旁正常食管组织进行检测。结果 :30例食管拉网标本中端粒酶活性阳性率为 83.3% ( 2 5/ 30 ) ,相应癌组织中阳性率为 96 7%( 2 9/ 30 ) ,14例正常食管组织中阳性率为 14.3% ( 2 / 14)。拉网细胞和癌组织中端粒酶阳性率与正常组织相比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 5) ;食管拉网细胞端粒酶活性阳性率高于拉网细胞学癌细胞检出率( 73.3% ) ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;端粒酶活性与食管癌临床病理因素无关。结论 :食管拉网细胞端粒酶活性检测结合细胞学检查将有助于食管癌的早期诊断

The Clinical Application Study of the Detection of Telomerase Activity in Esophageal Netting Cells

Objective:To detect the telomerase activity in esophageal netting cells and explore its clinical application value in the diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma.Methods: Telomerase activity was detected by Telomeric Repeat Amplification Protocol(TRAP) assay in 30 cases of the matched tumor tissues and 14 cases of tumor adjacent tissues.Results:The positive rate of telomerase activity was 83.3% in the esophageal netting cells(25/30),96.7% in the matched tumor tissues(29/30) and 14.3% in the tumor adjacent tissues(2/14) respectively. The positive rate of telomerase activity in the netting cells and the matched tissuses was significantly higher than that in the tumor adjacent tissuses(P<0.005).The positive rate of telomerase activity is higher than that of cytology in the esophageal netting cells(83.3% to 73.3%),but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). There was no significant relation between the telomerase activity and the clinicopathological factors of esophageal carcinoma.Conclusions:Detection of telomerase activity combination with cytology in esophageal netting cells could improve the positive rate of earlier diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma.
