腹腔镜在妇科临床中的应用

目的：探讨腹腔镜在妇科临床中的应用价值。方法：应用腹腔镜进行盆腔疾病的检查、诊断以及妇科手术12例，随机选择同期因异位妊娠开腹手术者12例进行对比分析。结果：12例均在腹腔镜下顺利完成检查、诊断，1例经腹腔镜诊断为左宫角部妊娠后改行开腹手术，7例完成手术治疗。术中出血少、术后用药少、痛苦小、住院日短、术后发热率低。结论：腹腔镜在妇科应用广泛，手术创伤小、恢复快、术后并发症少，可替代开腹探查，准确而及时地对盆腔疾病进行诊断及治疗，应用前景广阔。

The Clinical Application of Lapowoscopy in Gynecology Diseases

Objective:To study the clinical value of laparoscopy in the treatment of gynecologic diseases. Methods: 12 cases were treated with pelvic diseases for examination diagnosis and gynecologic operations by using laparoscopy. it were analyzed and compared with 12 cases of ectopic pregnancy laparotmy that randomly selected in identical time.Results:12 cases examination diagnosis by using laparoscopy were conducted successfully.One case with laparoscopy diagnosed left cornua wteri pregnancy,in in stead of laparotomy,7 cases were conducted laparoscopic operation.Compowed with the abdominal operations laparoscopic ones had several advantages:less operation bleecding less drug consumption,less pain suffering shorter hospital stay and lower morbidity rate.Conclusions:laparoscopy in the treatment of gynecologic diseases can be used widely laparoscopic operation can be less wounded quicker recovery and lower risk of post operative complications.lt can accurately diagnose and crue pelvic diseases in tine and be stead of abdominal operations.
