冠状动脉内支架置入术的临床应用研究附602例报告

目的 研究冠状动脉(冠脉)内支架置入术治疗的安全性和有效性。方法 回顾性分析自1995年5月至2001年4月间第一作者完成的连续602例冠脉内支架置人术。其中单支病变252例，双支病变217例，三支病变131例，左主干病变2例。98例患者为慢性完全闭塞性病变。结果 共782处病变中52．3％的患者为复杂病变(B2或C型)。全部病例的成功率为97．3％。院内主要并发症：2例死亡，7例发生心肌梗死，术中紧急搭桥术2例。结论 本组资料显示，冠脉内支架置人术治疗包括复杂病变在内的冠心病成功率高，并发症低，疗效确切。

Experimence of intracoronary stenting--A report of 602

Objective: To summarize the results of intracoronary stenting in 602 Cases form May 1995 to April 2001. Methods: The clinical and angiographic results after intracoronary Stenting in 602 consecutive patients treated in three Hospitals from May 1995 to April 2001 were retrospectively analyzed. The whole group included 252 cases with single vessel disease, 217 cases with double vessel disease, 131 cases with triple vessel disease and 2 cases with left main disease. There were 98 cases with chronic total occlusion. Results: There were 782 lesious in total,most lesions (52.3%) had unfavorable characterics(type B2 of C). Success rate of Intracoronary stenting was 97.3%. In-hospital complicarions included that 2 patients died,7 patients suffered from Q wave or Non Q wave myocardid infarction,2 patients underwent emergency coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) during operation. Conclusions: Intracoronary stenting is associated with a high procedure Success rate,lower level of complications and good clinical outcomes.
