根除幽门螺杆菌联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良疗效分析

目的评价根除幽门螺杆菌联合莫沙必利治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的功能性消化不良的疗效。方法将168例幽门螺杆菌阳性的功能性消化不良患者随机分为3组，每组56例。A组给予根除幽门螺杆菌治疗，B组给予莫沙必利治疗，c组给予根除幽门螺杆菌、莫沙必利联合治疗，疗程均为4周。结果c组总有效率为85．71％，显著高于A组和B组（69．64％和71．43％）（P〈0．05）。结论根除幽门螺杆菌联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良，安全有效，值得临床推广。

Effect of Helicobacter Pylori Eradication with Mosapride on Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） eradication with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods A hundred and sixty- eight cases of FD patient with Hp positive were divided into three groups ran- domly, every group have 56 cases. The A group received treatment of Hp eradication, the B group received treatment of mosapride, the C group received treatment of mosapride based on Hp eradication treatment. The course of treatment of was four weeks. Results The total efficacy rate of Hp eradication combined with mosapride group was 85.71% ,which was significantly higher than the two other groups（69.64% and 71.43%, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Hp eradication combined with mosapride worth popularizing is an safe and effective treatment for patients with functional dyspepsia.
