复方氟米松软膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗婴幼儿湿疹45例

目的观察复方氟米松软膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取2010年6月至2011年6月医院收治的湿疹患儿135例，按随机数字表法分为3组，每组45例。对照I组采用复方氟米松软膏治疗，对照Ⅱ组采用复方甘草酸苷片治疗，观察组采用复方氟米松软膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗，观察3组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为95．56％（43／45），对照I组为77．78％（35／45），对照Ⅱ组为80．00％（36／45），差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组复发率为11．54％（3／26），对照I组为50．00％（8／16），对照Ⅱ组为41．18％（7／17），差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；3组均未发生不良反应。结论复方氟米松软膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗婴幼儿湿疹能显著提高疗效，降低复发率，且无不良反应，值得临床推广。

Compound Flumetasone Ointment Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the Treatment of Infant Eczyma in 45 Cases

Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Flumetasone Ointment combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the treatment of infant eczyma. Methods A total of 135 eczema infants were selected from June 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital,were randomly divided into three groups with 45 cases in each group. The control group Ⅰ used Compound Flumetasone Ointment,the control group Ⅱ used Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets, the observation group used Compound Flumetasone Ointment combined with Compound Glyeyrrhizin Tablets. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of three groups were observed. Results Total effective rate of observation group was 95.56% （43/45）,the control group I was 77.78% （35/45）;the control group ]I was 80.00% （36/45）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the recurrence rate of observation group was 11.54% （3/26）,the control group Ⅰ was 50.00% （8/16）,the control group Ⅱ was 41. 18% （7/17）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; there were no adverse reactions occurred in two groups. Conclusion Compound Flumetasone Ointment combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the treatment of infant eczyma can significantly improve efficacy and reduce the relapse rate, and no adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical application.
