检测类风湿因子IgM-RF,IgG-RF和IgA-RF在类风湿关节炎中的临床意义

目的了解IgM-RF,IgG-RF和IgA-RF在类风湿关节炎中的诊断意义。方法应用散射比浊法测定总RF含量,应用ELSIA方法检测IgM-RF,IgG-RF和IgA-RF。结果IgM-RF,IgG-RF和IgA-RF在RA中的检出率明显高于其它风湿病患者(P<0.05)。3种RF在RA中的浓度显著高于其它风湿组(P<0.05)。高活动期类风湿关节炎患者中IgM-RF和IgA-RF含量显著高于低活动期和稳定期的含量(P<0.05)。结论三种RF的检测能提高RF在RA中的检出率和特异性,对RA的诊断和活动度的观察有较大的临床意义。

Clinical significance of IgM-RF,IgG-RA and IgA-RF in rheumatoid arthritis

Objective:To study the diagnostic value of IgM-RF,IgG-RF and IgA-RF in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:RF were determined by rate nephelometry and IgM-RF,IgG-RF and IgA-RF were determined by ELISA.Results:The positive rates of IgM-RF,IgG-RF and IgA-RF in rheumatoid arithritis were higher than those in non-RA(P<0.05).The concentrations of IgM-RF,IgG-RF and IgA-RF in rheumatoid arthritis were higher than those in non-RA(P<0.05).The concentrations of IgM-RF and IgA-RF in patients with rheumatoid arthritis at the phase of high activity were significantly higher than those at stationary phase and phase of low activitvy(P<0.05).Conclusions:To test the IgM-RF,IgG-RF and IgA-RF can raise the positive rates and specifities of the rheumatoid factor in rheumatoid arthritis.It may be a useful index for diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and evaluating disease activity.
