| 摘 要： | 目的：研究miRNA在胃癌石蜡包埋组织和新鲜组织的表达。方法：应用实时荧光定量PCR检测6例石蜡包埋胃癌组织及其正常胃黏膜组织、新鲜胃癌组织及其正常黏膜组织的miRNA表达（let-7a，miR-21，miR-155），以U-6为内参对照。结果：胃癌石蜡包埋组织与胃癌新鲜组织中miRNA表达呈平行性高表达。结论：可以利用石蜡组织进行miRNA相关指标表达研究。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the miRNA qualities expression of gastric cancer somatic cellin the samples embeddied by paraffin and non - fixation tissue. Methods ： Six cases of gastric cancer and the normal mucosar embeddied with paraffine, and 6 cases of non - fixed fresh samples of cancer and mucosa, were qualitvely RT - PCR expressed on the let -7a,miR -21 ,miR - 155 by ABI 7900 PCR set,U -6 was used as the reference gene. Results： Compared with normal mucosa miRNA value was higher in gastric cancer samples both in paraffin or fresh non fixed samples. Conclusion： It may be used to take the gastric cancer samples embeddied by paraffin for the miRNA qualitive expression study. |
