新生儿皮肤损伤的预见性护理

目的：观察心理干预对骨关节炎患者心理情绪和生活质量的影响.方法：将120例骨关节炎患者随机分为对照组60例和治疗组60例,对照组采用单纯物理治疗,治疗组采用物理治疗基础上介入心理干预4周.于治疗前后分别采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS） 及关节炎影响测定量表（AIMS）进行评定.结果：治疗前两组患者的QOL指数差异无显著性意义,治疗4周后,治疗组的AIMS得分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,SAS 及SDS评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）,其差异具有显著性意义.结论：心理干预能使骨关节炎患者生活质量有明显改善,可提高康复治疗的总体疗效.

Psychological intervention on the quality of life effect of osteoarthritis inpatients

Objective：Observation of osteoarthritis patients psychologieal intervention psychological effects of mood and life quality. Methods：One hundred and twenty with osteoarthritis were randomly allocated to a control group of 60 cases and a treatment group of 60 cases. The control group received physical therapy alone and the treatment group,physical therapy plus psychological intervention. Before and after 4 weeks of treatment were used in anxiety self rating scale （SAS） ,depression self rating scale （SDS） and arthritis effect on the determination scale （AIMS） was evaluated. Results ： Before treatment two sets of patients QOL index significance difference have no 4 weeks after treatment,the treatment group AIMS scores obviously lower than in control group （P 〈0. 05） ,SAS and SDS score obviously lower than in control group （P 〈 0.01） ,its with significant difference significance. Conclusion： Psychological intervention can make osteoarthritis the quality of life of the patients were obviously improved, the rehabilitation therapy can improve the overall effect.
