围手术期镇痛中帕瑞昔布的用药分析

通过分析我院2010年上半年围手术期帕瑞昔布及其它镇痛药物使用情况,探索不同手术、不同患者的联合用药的种类、剂量、给药途径及给药时间的最佳组合,推进围术期镇痛药物的合理应用.对上半年骨科、普外、妇科的手术病历100份进行回顾性分析,结果发现,术中联合用镇痛药者有89例,而术后仅有30名帕瑞昔布术中使用者有58％,其中45例与芬太尼合用;术后使用有42例,其中18例与曲马多合用.目前在围手术期选择镇痛药物有明显的阿片类倾向,虽然联合应用NSAIDs类镇痛药的问题已经被重视,但如何设计最佳镇痛药物组合以期获得最小不良反应和最大镇痛效果将需要临床和药学部门长期的临床观察和探索.

Analysis of the Usage of Parecoxib in perioperative Anesthesia

The usage of parecoxib in the perioperative anesthesia in our hospital is evaluated.Surgical cases(general surgery,orthopedics and gynecology),selected up to 100 cases in the first half of 2010,were analyzed.Fifty-eight patients received parecoxib,and forty-five of them generally combined with fentanyl during their operations.Forty-two patients received parecoxib post operation,and eighteen of them combined tramadol.Parecoxib is undergoing clinical development as an analgesic drug for perioperations.However,it is clear that there remains a need for safer and more effective non-opioid analgesics to minimize pain and facilitate the recovery process after surgery.
