| 摘 要： | 目的：观察采用施沛特关节腔内注射结合中药熏洗治疗对膝骨性关节炎的疗效.方法：膝关节腔内注入施沛特,每次2m l,每月注射1次,5次一疗程.结合中药熏洗关节,每日一付,连续给药四周.结果：一治疗后总有效率为100%,无明显毒副反应.随访6个月,无患者复发.结论：施沛特关节灌注结合中药熏洗为治疗膝关节炎的一种有效疗法.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of patellar arthritis by combining Sofast injection into joint cavity with Chinese herbs--based steaming and washing treatment. Methods：To inject 2ml Sofast into knee joint cavity each time;one injection each month; 5 injections as one treatment course. In addition,joints are treated by steaming and washing with one pack of Chinese herbs each day for four weeks successively. Results： 100% treatment efficiency and no any apparent side reaction;subsequently, no recrudescence within 6 months. Conclusion：Sofast injection into joint cavity ＋ Chinese herbs--based steaming and washing treatment is an effective therapy. |
