慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期呼吸衰竭氧疗的护理干预

目的为进一步探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期呼吸衰竭合理应用氧气疗法的重要性。方法对260例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期呼吸衰竭的患者,根据血气分析结果,分别给予不同吸氧流量(L/min),并对患者配合氧疗进行全程护理干预。结果本组患者中积极配合者201例,不配合者59例,对不能配合者行护理干预,使之配合氧疗,护理干预后仍不能完全配合者15例。结论自觉并积极配合氧气疗法者其治疗效果明显优于被动者,在合理应用氧气疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期呼吸衰竭的过程中,行使积极的护理干预,对提高疗效,缩短疗程有明显的临床意义。

Nursing Intervention on Oxygen Therapy for Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (AECOPD) and Respiratory Failure (RF)

Objective To explore furtherly the importance of the reasonable application of oxygen therapy for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure.Methods 260 cases of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure,according to blood gas analysis results,were treated with different oxygen flow(L /min),and were given whole nursing intervention.Results 201 cases actively cooperate with oxygen therapy,59 cases who did not cooperate oxygen therapy were given nursing intervention,to make it with oxygen therapy,after given nursing intervention,15 cases still refused to accept oxygen therapy.Conclusion The treatment effect of the group which have actively cooperated theoxygen therapy is superior to the group which did not cooperate.so throughout the course of reasonable application of oxygen therapy for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure,active nursing intervention can improve the efficacy,shorten therapy period,the clinical meaning is remarkable.
